Good evening,

We have let VG know that tents can be set up by 4pm tomorrow.  It's going to be first come first serve so get to pool early and set your tent / chairs up. Plan to get set up by this time if want to reserve a spot.   We also plan to open up the back gate to pool so folks can park in lower golf lot.   This will allow easy walk to concessions or pool deck. 

Fox Den warm ups at 4:30.  VG will warm up at 5pm.

All worker meeting at 5:15pm, Meet start at 5:30pm 

Please help me keeping any kiddos away from baby pool or any areas of golf course.
