Jobs: Need a lot filled so please do by 3pm so I can print off.

Clerk of course- first session- 1 needed, 2nd session - 2 needed

Over call judge- first session-1, 2nd session - 1

Sorter- 2nd session-1

This will be our 3rd meet so parents and kids should know how it works.   I am NOT going to be there for start and majority of meet due to my dog's surgery today. Parents need to walk kids to clerk or send them early.  Event sign is at pool so follow it.  This is just for 10 and under.  11 and up report to block.   If your child is on a relay then one parent needs take charge to round up all relay and walk to clerk of course.

Please help me by going to worker meeting at 5:15 for all workers.  I need all 2nd shift workers to know where to go at shift change. for example-- If you are a timer/scribe then know before shift change who fox den parents are so you can go immediately at shift change.  This applies to all jobs , know which person you are taking in first session so you can just go yourself at shift change.  if you are relay jump judge, be sure to tell referee who you are and grab your clip board.  Then  report to your corner and raise your hand at medley and free relays.  Again, this applies to all jobs so know where you are going during first session so ready at shift change.
