My apologies but I will not be able to attend our meet tonight.  I am working to try and find someone to assist getting jobs filled but my hands are tied.   Please step up and fill these spots if you can please.    Thanks Rob

Location- Your team will be located on the far side of our pool, on the concrete pad that is behind the block area. We have a canopy built on that side, but I would also encourage your team to bring pop-up tents if your families have those. There is more space out there but it definitely will be warm (hopefully not rainy!) so the more shade the better!

The golf course is directly behind your tent. There is a grassy area and then the cart path dividing the area. Please help us keep kids off of the golf course portion. There is a sandtrap that is close to there that is very attractive to the kids. We are asking for parents to sit outside of the pool deck this year to allow more distancing on the pool deck. Parents can come onto the pool deck to watch their kids races. Otherwise, we will try to limit the deck to swimmers, coaches, and volunteers.The golf course is asking parents to please not sit on the other side of the cart path on the golf course. Parents can sit near the tent or on the patio, but not on the actual golf course. Our parents will be sitting outside the pool deck as well and on the same patio area and there is a large gate/opening to the pool on that side.
Parking- We have a paved parking lot around our pool. When this overflows, we will have a parking attendant directing cars into the back grassy area behind the parking lot. Cars can also park along the road leading into the club. We will have someone out there, but as long as they don't park on the actual golf course or block any cart paths, its ok. Please ensure that no one parks on the actual golf course.

Concessions-New this year-- the club is allowing us to have food trucks at the meet. I know they are planning for Kona Ice and REO Cheesewagon to be at the meet.
Other items: We have an 8 lane pool. The younger kids start on the opposite end of the pool (4 feet, no blocks) and generally dive in on that end unless they don't feel comfortable doing so.

All other items should be standard setup-- 4 timers, 2 stroke and turn, 2 runners, 2 jump judges, 1 finish judge, 1 placer and your computer entry person as well as any other team specific positions (clerk of course, ribbons, etc). We will be using swimtopia to computer score.
