First, thank you b/c now just "one job" left for today, 2nd session Clerk Course for Girls pool.  Friday jobs still have openings.  

See attached job list.   I need  All volunteers who signed up to look for your name and confirm you are on the correct day, correct job and correct shift.  Please do this and let me know asap if issues.  Thanks!   

Also see attached info on your upcoming day at city.  This is from Gkaisa but a lot of important tips so take time to read over what applies to you.   

This is my favorite time of year and the best youth sporting event ever!   

Some added tips from me:

Park at own risk in places that you may get a ticket.   I got 3 tickets a few years ago.

Follow your swimmer on Meet Mobile App, like 3 bucks for subscription.

Find or buy  a Heat Sheet. Sold at pool entrance-$10 bucks daily .

2 pools.  Mixed relays normally in girls pool.  girls pool scoreboard side and boys pool in diving well side.  All Saturday Finals in boys diving well side.

"All age kids" must go to clerk of course.  Arrive early and be aware of events. 

if your are working in clerk, tell other workers that you are walking on deck to see your kids swim and just walk away. do not miss your kids swim .     if you are a timer, then ask for relief timer and go watch your kids swim.   

if on a relay-- all need to walk down to clerk and all stay together. 

drink plenty, tell kids to take a drink to clerk and go bathroom before
