Hello Fox Den Families!    

This email is being sent based on last year members so please understand that we can not create a new parent list until current 2023 registration is closed.  

I wanted to send a quick intro email to let you know about some news and upcoming dates.  

Coach Marissa will be back as Head Coach and Coach Abigail will be our lead assistant.   Coach Luke will likely be involved in a job internship.  We will miss him but hope that he'll still have some time to spend at the pool.  Coach Bailey will not be back and she will be missed also.  We wish both of them the best!     We will let you know once the rest of the coaching roster is complete. 

Cristin and I will be back as team reps.

Robin French is back as leading board member for gear and helping set up roles for other parents this year to serve on the board.  More to come on that. 

Registration:  Swim fees  are being worked on so look for an upcoming e-mail from Co-Team Rep Cristin when it's ready to go live on line.   Payment will likely again be by old school checks and/or cash.  This is applies to all members and non-members.  This is the best way for fees to be logged and making deposits to club. 

Dates to note:

Before Mid April, Date TBA- Meet and greet- pool parking lot. Come by and drop off payment and ask questions.

 May 30- Day after Memorial Day - first practice. 

                        8u- 8-9am  / 9-10,11-12- 9-10am / 13u-10-11am.

                        Must be registered and paid before able to practice. 

June 5th  - 5pm- Orange and Black intrasquad meet- come learn how a meet is run.

June 12th- Home meet vs Village Green 

June 19th- Home meet vs Green Meadow

June 26 - off week- no meet , just practices

July 6th- Away meet @ KRC  --- not confirmed but likely this date.

July 8&9- SMI- Smokey Mnt Meet in Maryville

July 10- off week- no meet, just practices

July 17th- Away Meet at Beaver Brook 

July 20-22 - City Meet @ UT.  10u on 20th, 11&Up on 21st and All age Finals 22nd.

July 24th - Banquet at our pool. 5-9pm.

You may have noticed that we only have 4 duel meets this year and that's because  Gkaisa re-organized all leagues. So, only 5 teams in our league 1 and it made scheduling difficult for all teams to work it out . VG will again come to us and we will again go to KRC.
