Again warm ups to be for Fox den at 4pm, worker meeting to be at 4:40. Meet starting at 5pm.

Fox den will be primary spot on deck which is limited obviously.  I've blocked off the entire front row of pool parking lot. this is not for cars but for tents or chairs.  It may be cool so bring  jackets, blankets.  Fdcc will have half of these spots starting at pool steps down toward enter/exit of lot.  Other half of spots on front row will be VG.  I've also told VG primary spot is area behind fence of block side.  The hill and all other areas around pool will to mingle in w/ everyone.  

NO GLASS OR BOTTLES ON POOL DECK . ABSOLUTLY NO ALCHOL ALLOWED AT SWIM GKAISA EVENTS.

Food trucks will be at back lower lot of pool by golf lot.   

We will have water station set up also  but still bring your owner drinks and snacks. 

Clerk of Course will be for all 10 and under so as parents please be sure to get them to clerk at least 2 events before they swim.   

Relays will need help by parents. One parent of each relay should help find all the kids and keep them in group when report to clerk.  One parent please step of for this at meet.
