Monday 7/17 Meet:

Beaver Brook pool light issues so we have moved up start time just like we had to do at our home meets. See Welcome Letter attached esp. for parking and allow time for drive time w/ lots of traffic...Welcome letter attached says 5:30 and 5pm warm ups  but below is Correct Times.

New Warm-Up for Fox Den- 4:30pm.

Worker Meeting: 4:40pm

Meet Start: 5pm

Thanks to all those that have signed up and I've noticed a lot of new names working!

RE: City meet

We completed all entries, tent, parking and tee-shirt orders today.  T-shirts will be given out at tent on Thurs and Friday.  Parking Passes will be distributed when I know that I can pick up. Stay tuned. 

City Meet is now closed so we can not add any more entries, parking or t-shirts.  If you have not paid for City , please get $ in ASAP to coaches at practice or worse case at Beaver Brook Meet. 

Coach $ Gifts:

We need $ cash  donations for our great coaches- $10-20 / family is the norm.  You can give to me, Robin or Cristin  at our Beaver Brook meet or an envelope to coaches at practice and I'll pick up. 

TEAM PHOTO DAY-  TUES 7/18 @ 9AM FOR ALL AGES, FUN PRACTICE AFTER UNTIL 11.

Banquet- Monday 7/24 @ Pool. 5-8:30pm.   

We will have pizza and parent volunteers to bring some deserts. and help set up tables.  All family members welcome to swim both pools then eat and awards.  Cost TBA but $20 max per family.  We will take $ up at gate but will have an rsvp set up just like a meet so we know # to expect for food. Stay tuned.
